Paul Rumanda Rugambwa is the Head of Department for Human Resource at the Infectious Diseases Institute (IDI). With over 17 years of experience in human resources, he has worked with organizations in Uganda, East, and Southern Africa across various industries, including health, automotive, and telecommunications. Paul holds certifications from the WorldatWork in the USA as a Global Remuneration Professional. His areas of expertise include strategic human resource development, financial management, risk and assurance, employee development, total rewards management, expatriate management, and environmental health & safety. As a mentor with Boundless Minds Uganda, Paul is passionate about helping people reach their full potential and organizations achieve their objectives sustainably. He is dedicated to contributing his expertise to the IDI’s mission of strengthening health systems in Africa through research and capacity development.
